Your Trainers Will be the Best of the Best

EUGENE WILLIAMS

Owner / Instructor

I’ve always believed in community. Our community is a fit for people who connect, grow, and become a stronger, better version of themselves.

Combine good people with high energy, and you will have an environment you can thrive. I come from a family background of high spirits and high energy; this is what I bring to training.

Everything you need resides in you, and Infinit8 Fitness is that mirror for you to see.

My training life began with my desk job. I couldn’t stand sitting still, so I decided to try strength train myself. I moved into the fire service; lugging up to 80 lbs of gear up 99 flights can be taxing, and I needed to be ready fitness-wise for anything. This leads me to train out in the elements with an outdoor Bootcamp.

Extending my passion for people and connection, I moved my career from the fire service into group training, where I indeed found my calling. Long story short, I took what I learned from teaching group boot camps to develop the Infinit8 Fitness brand. We started outside in the park boot camps to now a 2600 sq ft building, with multiple services like Large group training, Semi-Private Training, and Nutritional guidance.

This growth comes from the most incredible community that anyone would love and can be a part of. Infinit8 Fitness is all about collective belief in us and our mission “To go farther together.”

Ben Lustig

Lead Trainer / Media Director
Up until the age of 20, I lived a very sedentary life. I ate almost exclusively junk food and didn’t exercise a single bit. 220 pounds at the age of 18. At that time, I knew I needed to make a change. I researched fitness and nutrition and ended up losing almost 100 pounds over the following two years.

At that time, I was living in my home state of New Hampshire. The year was 2015. Fast forward three years later, and I decided to hop in my car one day and make the three-day drive down to Texas. I had no job lined up and nowhere to live. I just had some savings, and I planned to use them to set up my new life.

That’s when I met Eugene and started working out at Infinit8 Fitness. I was just a client at that time. As I began to learn the culture of i8 and the community of beautiful people, my interest quickly turned into becoming a trainer myself. By August 2019, I was coaching the classes I used to attend.

My specialties are barbell training and mobility involved in strength training, as well as a little Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu on the side! I know what it’s like to be in a place physically where you’re unhappy because I was there myself, and I’ve taken the journey myself.

Now I get to help other people through that journey.

Teresa Wyatt

Operations Manager / Coach
I received my Bachelors of Science in 4-8 Mathematics from Texas State University(or Southwest Texas- yes, I’m that old) with additional coursework in: Taping and Bandaging Foundations of Exercise and Sports Science, Care for Athletes Injury, Aerobics, Gymnastics, Racquetball, and Scuba Diving

During my six years of teaching, I coached middle school students. And over the past several years, Eugene Williams has helped me grow and develop further as a coach at Infinit8 Fitness.

At the gym, we focus on proper technique and muscle engagement. My favorite workouts right now involve lifts with the barbell. The deadlift has become one of my favorite lifts, as it is the perfect whole body workout. When I am not at the gym coaching or working out, I am with my family. We stay busy with outdoor activities like running, swimming, kayaking, parks, and hanging out at home.

I enjoy coaching at Infinit8 Fitness because our members are the best. Our clients are kind, funny, friendly, and hard-working. I always look forward to working with each and every one of the I8Family members. My coworkers are pretty great too.
