Here are some of our most frequent questions along with our answers.

We provide all of the workout equipment (weights, mats, kettle bells, etc.) but we recommend bringing a water bottle and a sweat towel.

Of course! Kids are always welcome. We kindly ask that during your workout you keep an eye on them for their safety and as a courtesy to our other members.

Our group HIIT workout sessions are generally 45 – 60 minutes.

On a daily basis, you have unlimited access to workouts with your membership. Burn as many calories as you can to create that deficit.

You have unlimited access to all workouts throughout the week, however it is recommended you make at least 3 to 4 camps with ample rest

Accounts may be frozen up to two times in one calendar year and for no longer than 4 weeks at a time.

No, coupons, discounts, or special offers cannot be combined with any trial memberships. Trial offers refer to the following memberships: LivingSocial, Groupon, IndieGoGo. Only one coupon, discount, or special offer may be used per person.

Cancellations are submitted to support@i8fit.com and require a 30 day notice. Cancellations are processed on active accounts only. For cancellations on accounts with holds, the hold is removed and the 30 day notice period starts.

As a convenience to members, when your introductory membership ends you will be auto-renewed into the same membership. If you would like to switch memberships at the end of your membership period please speak with your instructor or email us at info@i8fit.com
